Feedback

So my trip is winding down and I (as cheesy as this is) want to have an "all-reader edition" of my blog. So I'll take your questions and answer them. Want to know the 5 best parts of the trip? Ask! Anything you want to know just email me, facebook me, post it in the comment section or by any other means you know. I'll then compile the questions and answers and make it my final blog along with my parting thoughts. This is your homework assignment. Get on it!

So, the student has become the teacher!

Firstly I have to say how much I have enjoyed reading about your trip. You DO have a flair for writing in spite of your initial doubts.

Secondly, your trip has inspired me to become a Couch Surfer (as you know, thanks for the ref!).

Ok, top 5 is difficult so I have cheated and categorized instead:

Funniest: The Indian theatre prize draw (followed closely by dinner on the platform in japan)
Most 'adventure-like': Border hopping to Cambodia.
Biggest culture-shock: India
Place most want to go to: Cambodia
CSer most like to meet: My Than (want to give her Dixie Chicks CD (Bush bashing! and learn more about Vietnam, I think she has interesting things to say)

Questions:

1) If you could only re-visit one country, which one and why?
2) Were there any disappointments?
3) Your top-tips for Couch Surfing.
4) Any regrets during your trip?
5) Why DID the US re-elect ‘W’ ? (you don’t have to answer that one, somethings are best left a mystery!)

I hope you are going to do something tangible with your photos and writings - if you don’t I will!

What was the best tasting single food you experienced on the trip?

What was the worst single food you experienced?

What was the most interesting (either in taste or appearance) that you discovered?

Alright... I too have enjoyed your blog very much (mainly because it was a way of making sure you were still alive and keeping my prayers specific, you know, in case God lost track of you).

Here are my questions:
- Did you see any UK paraphernalia?
- Is it worse to be hungry, homeless, wet, or lost in a foreign country?
- What is the biggest comfort of home you are most looking forward to coming back to?

See you soon...

First I believe that I must also say that I have enjoyed your blog and checked it each evening before I went to bed. Second, your writing was excellent, don’t change a thing. I have many questions to ask about your journey but will save most for face to face contact.

1) At any point (other than Cambodia) were you nervous about a situation being dangerous?
2) Did you meet and CS who had a bad experience while staying with someone?
